About this position
As Senior Digital Strategy Manager, you will lead the strategic vision for key TKG marketing clients, collaborating across teams while managing your own client portfolio. Your role is critical in ensuring client goals are exceeded, driving both performance and revenue growth through quarterly and one-time digital strategies.
You will create, refine and optimize strategies, actively engage in client meetings (both within and beyond your portfolio), and introduce innovative ideas to enhance client success and grow wallet share of clients. This role requires strong leadership, client management and strategic decision-making, along with expertise in emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

Accountabilities
- Oversee strategy for key marketing clients, while providing feedback & training to other DSM’s
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Develop digital marketing strategies and lead your team’s execution of those strategies
- Ensure client satisfaction and campaign success
- Participate in pitch team
Skills & Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, digital advertising, marketing automation, social media and content marketing
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling strategy presentations to clients
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment while juggling multiple clients and projects
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, digital advertising tools, content management systems and social media platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring and reporting on KPIs and ROI
- Ability to think strategically and inject innovative ideas into both client strategies and internal processes
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of proven success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies
